500XIT: 500X Gallery, Dallas, TX

Please join me Saturday, March 14th, from 6-10 PM for the opening reception of 500XIT, the LAST-EVER EXHIBITION of 500X Gallery at 500 Exposition Avenue! We will be displaying a very condensed show in order to feature work by members who were scheduled to have their solo exhibitions and project spaces from March, April, and May!

With works by current 500X Members Scott Bell, Molly Dierks, Ross Faircloth, Grace Sydney Pham, Michelle Thomas Richardson, Justin Strickland, and Ashley Whitt as well as a project space show with works by Jihye Han and Ryder Richards curated by 500X member Kasey Short.

Former 500X members will also be present in order to deliver their sentiments on the loss of the 500 Exposition Avenue space, where the gallery was started and continued for 41 years.

There will also be a pop-up print shop with $41 limited edition prints by current 500X members and I, 500X t-shirts, stickers, and so much more memorabilia! Come through!

20/20: Plush Gallery, Dallas, TX

For the twentieth anniversary of the opening of Plush Gallery, we will present a group show of twenty artists, each represented by one work. The list includes a few artists from the historical era of the gallery, along with a number of up and coming talents who have shown at the gallery in the last year. This show will feature contemporary work in a variety of media, including painting, photography, and sculpture.

Participating artists include: Tim Best, Jacqueline Blanco, Raymond Butler, C.J. Davis, Fernando Fershow Escarcega, Randall Garrett, Jeremy Joel, Norman Kary, Shua Kwon, Jesse Meráz, Favio Moreno, Victor Ortix, Brent Ozaeta, Polly Perez, Grace Sydney Pham, Stevie Roonie, SM Sanz, Narong Tintamusik, Pedro Vélez, and Gem You.
