The Shark Swim series depicts the ocean as the backdrop. The ocean is my most favorite natural environment. I am drawn to the mystery of the ocean, full of life and secrets. My favorite moment is during low tide, where things are left out in the open. When I was a child, I would always wake my family up so they could take me out to explore the beach in the morning when we are on vacation. Elements of what is present and absent is explored in this series. What is seen and unseen as the tides consume or escapes us.
